Sharon Dresser

Sharon founded High Street Retail USA in 2008 on the premise that adding the flare and international style of an accomplished woman would make High Street’s full complement of services for commercial property owners and tenants unique. Sharon has an undeniable advantage – she, like most women, understands retail brands “As it’s in our DNA.”

As a licensed real estate broker in Florida and Massachusetts, in addition to holding a general contractor license and a pilot’s license, Sharon brings a notable wisdom of experience as a broker. She’s worked with most of South Florida’s largest developers / owners including RREEF, Benderson, DDR, Sears, New Plan, and Butters Construction.

She has helped international, national, and local tenants, find prime locations throughout South Florida. She’s bought, renovated, leased, marketed, and sold her own strip-centers and single tenant net-leased deals. Her clients rely on her special skill set and creativity concerning property design and leasing to add significant value to their projects.

By spear heading the HSR approach of being a local market expert with a global perspective, Sharon has devised entry-strategies for such international brands as Pretty Ballerinas (Menorca, Spain), SoCapri (Capri, Italy) and 100 Montaditos (Madrid, Spain).

As her accomplishments have not gone unnoticed, Sharon has twice won the CoStar’s Power Broker Award and is a two-time winner of Chainlinks Outstanding National Broker award. Sharon is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Urban Land Institute, and Tiger 21.

Sharon graduated from Simmons College in Boston with a degree in Retail Management, and is a retail consultant to the Downtown Miami Development Authority. She is a benefactor to many organizations including Arsht Center for the Performing Arts and Fairchild Tropical Gardens.
