A mixed use development with 30,000 square feet of retail and 70,000 square feet of office space located in the rapidly growing city of Doral. High Street Retail USA has been involved with this center from its inception working with the architectural team to create an efficient and practical design for retail tenants. Applying leasing experience and specific tenant knowledge to the development of the center, enabled us to incorporate retailer- specific criteria into its design; thereby creating a site that continues to attract national retail and restaurant tenants and preventing the need for costly redesign in the future. Design examples range from the general, such as securing sufficient parking with valet service, to the more specific, including adequate turning radius for loading, sufficient electric service, appropriate trash bin placement, visible signage, necessary gas hook-ups, and determining placement of proper ventilation in restaurant spaces. High Street Retail USA has generated significant interest from tenants to fill all of the space fronting 87th Avenue prior to site plan approval.
